The process for planning and designing weddings is rooted in getting to know you. What makes you light up with joy? Who are you as a couple? What are the nitty gritty details of the fantasies of your future wedding day that kept you up at night growing up? My couples' events are built around what makes them unique, down to the tiniest of details. Getting to know the personalities and character of our couples is time well spent, while providing a personalized but structured planning approach that is both smooth and exciting.

I don't do things halfway. I don't provide partial wedding planning or management-only services. I only work with a small number of couples each season to ensure I'm giving them my all. I'm a full service wedding planner that goes all in on creating unique and breathtaking events – every single time.

planning

This is the strategy phase. We set priorities, map the budget to real numbers, and assemble the right vendor team. I handle venue scouting and fit analysis, review and negotiate contracts, and organize room blocks, transportation, and guest logistics. You get a calm roadmap, clear timelines, and a single place for communication so decisions feel easy and the process moves with intention.

design

This is the creative phase. We build an atmosphere, not a theme, then show you exactly how it will look and feel. I create a custom design deck with color, materials, and finishes, develop tablescape mockups, and direct florals and lighting with trusted partners. Signage, stationery, branded touchpoints, and floor plans all work together to support guest flow and elevate the experience. Weather plans are designed to feel like plan A, so the visual story stays consistent no matter what.

production

This is the execution phase. I lead installation, direct vendors, and protect the timeline from first truck to final sweep. We complete a final walkthrough and production schedule, confirm deliveries and strike, assemble and distribute welcome bags, and run rehearsal and ceremony with confidence. On the wedding day, my team manages the details so the celebration looks effortless and you are free to be fully present.
